It's an old but well conserved apartment with high
ceilings. It's on the second floor (no elevator) in a three story building.
It has character, is warm and cozy. It has a nice balcony overlooking the
street. The main room is large, and has an anteroom and plenty of storage space.
It has a foldout mattress/bed. The other room can serve as a dining room or
second sleeping room. The bathroom and kitchen are small but have everything
necessary.
The location is great because you are downtown but not
in the most hectic/commercial part (Junín, half a block from Sarmiento, three
blocks from Callao and Corrienes and the theatre zone). You are also close to 5
University of Buenos Aires colleges, as well as 3 subway lines. Within walking
distance of anywhere downtown.
